Hi. I'm aware it's been a loooong time on here. I've been making a lot of updates and whatnot on other sources, but haven't shared much here. A lot has happened. The Bigger Picture has gone into three dimensions, and so episode 1 and 2 are coming out, now in hopefully a better way? In an improved way? And then once we're caught back up where we left off, the show will continue in this new 3D format. It'll be cool.

Hello everyone!

The Bigger Picture Episode 3 is in the works! Making good progress, plus I've outsourced some of the more important scenes to to some very capable animators. This episode is a BIG one. There's tons of new characters that you're sure to love, plus...some interesting plot developments. ;)

The episode takes place in a grayscale city infested with mobs and crime and all the other good stuff that comes with the gangster genre.

However! Before episode 3 releases, I will also be releasing an unrelated short animation soon. It's actually a school project of mine, but I figured might as well release it on Newgrounds, as well. It's fun, I think you guys will like it!

For the few of you that care, the kickstarter is raging on for more episodes of The Bigger Picture, but I'm still working on episode 2 with my current resources.

Episode 2 is fully voice acted (to be fair, it was fully voice acted well before I released the pilot), and well into the animation process. The episode has five scenes, and three are completely done. Scene four is going to take a while, probably the longest scene in the episode, but scene five is...like, literally one page in the script, so I could finish that in an hour tops. So basically only one scene remains.

On a side note, the opening sequence you saw in episode 1 has been slightly changed, as you will see in episode 2. The song now has full lyrics encompassing the entire song, instead of just that one part, and is sung by someone else now. Not just any "someone else" though, but the voice actress for Effie. So, in a way, it's Effie singing the opening! ;)

Plus some minor visual tweaks because something just didn't feel right. Now it does.
